Equipment

  • 20L Pail Large bucket or bag to combine ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup all bran
  • 250 ml coconut water

Instructions

  • Combine all dry ingredients into pail, and shake to mix until fully combined.
  • To prepare for eating, add 1 cup of this mix to a bowl. Add the 250 ml coconut water and allow it to soak for at least 1 hour.

  • Once soaked, add a handful of frozen blueberries, stir in and enjoy.
